Open iTunes on your computer and plug in your iPod.
Insert a CD into your computer. The CD will appear on the iTunes menu, located on the far left of your screen. Highlight it.
Select the "Import CD" icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
When the files have successfully been imported into the iTunes library, drag the files to the iPod icon on the iTunes menu.
