Download onto the computer the MIDI drivers needed to run signals from the PC to the Yamaha keyboard. The free download is available from the Yamaha support website linked in the Reference section below. Click the name of the program file that matches your operating system, then click "Install" when prompted to download the file onto the computer.
Reboot the computer after downloading the drivers.
Connect a USB cable from the port on the back of the Yamaha keyboard to any free USB port on the computer.
Wait for the "New Hardware Detected" message to appear on the computer screen, then open the Miracle Piano software by double-clicking on the name of the program. The software is designed to work with the keyboard while the student practices.
