The Sansa Fuze is a hand-held portable MP3 player. Though the Fuze works without problems under most conditions, situations may arise where resetting the device will return it to normal operation. The Fuze has a soft reset function available for when the device freezes and a hard reset function that returns the device to the factory default settings. If the soft reset does not work, use the hard reset.
