In this case, you may want to download a product manual, or contact a customer service representative to talk you through using the buckle. If you're sure the buckle is defective, you might need to contact the Returns department, make a complaint, or both. Figuring out your purpose will help you decide who you must contact at Graco.

    Visit the Graco website at www.gracobaby.com. Graco offers an online Help Center that contains FAQs, product instructions, warranty information, and notices of recalled products. See if you can find an answer to your question or dilemma on the website. Do this before you call the company: it will save you, and their customer service representatives, time.

    Use the Contact Us link to send an e-mail to Graco. The email form allows you to select what subject you're contacting Graco about. "Products" is the most general subject heading you could choose if you're contacting the company about their baby furniture. If you have a question about a specific part of a piece of furniture, you can choose "Parts Inquiry." Maybe you just want to let Graco know you love, or hate, the furniture you've bought, in which case you can choose the "Customer Story" option.
