The Ab King Pro is a piece of exercise equipment that is mean to isolate your abdominal muscles. The manufacturer claims that three minutes a day will drastically improve your abs. Like many other pieces of exercise equipment, it can be confusing for beginners to start using the Ab King Pro. There are a few steps you can take to ensure you safely and effectively use the Ab King Pro.

Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen. You will want to make sure that you are healthy enough to start the Ab King Pro regimen.

Adjust the Ab King Pro to comfortably fit your height. You can adjust the leg holsters and make it longer or shorter depending on your height.

Place your legs underneath the leg holster so that you are securely planted to the Ab King Pro.

Lay back on the Ab King Pro and place your head against the headrest.

Place your arms on the arch and attempt to sit up in the Ab King Pro. Repeat this for about one to two minutes.

Lay your body to either your left or right side to exercise your obliques. These are your abdominal muscles located on right and left side of your body. You should repeat this for about 30 seconds per side.
