    How to Cook Rib Roast

    Preheat the oven to 232 degrees C. This is the time to rub seasonings over the roast; if you wish to add any. Thyme, salt, pepper, and four garlic cloves really add a lot of flavour to the roast.

    Coat the broiler pan with cooking spray and place the roast on it. Allow the roast to bake at 232 degrees C for 45 minutes.

    Once the 45 minutes is up, reset the temperature to 176 degrees C and continue baking without opening the lid for 1 hour and 20 minutes (thermometer should read 62.8 degrees C). Adjust time to desired pinkness.

    Allow the roast to sit for ten minutes before slicing. Garnish the roast with additional parsley and roasted garlic for additional flavour.
