Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C / 375 degrees F. Place the tofu in a colander and set aside to drain. Make sure most of the moisture has disappeared.
Combine tofu, onion, garlic, fresh parsley and oregano, bread crumbs, and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Using a fork, combine the mixture together until the ingredients have blended. Using your hands, make small balls out of the mixture. Place all the meatballs onto a greased baking pan. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve on top of spaghetti with marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese.
