How to Attack Friendly NPCs in "World of Warcraft"

Updated July 20, 2017

"World of Warcraft" ("WoW") was released for the PC in 2004. In "WoW," non-player characters (NPCs) in friendly towns can be attacked to lower your reputation with them. Certain achievements, such as "Bloodsail Admiral," require a low reputation with a friendly town to obtain. To attack a friendly town, you must declare yourself at war with them from the reputation panel at any time during the game.

When you are hated by a town, they will attack you on sight and not allow you to take quests or buy goods from them.
