No one likes to have an unflattering picture taken of him. It is always embarrassing if you have let yourself go a bit. For example, if you have a big beer belly, you might not want to submit that photo to the alumni association or to a website for posting. Fortunately, if you happen to have a copy of Adobe Photoshop, you can use its tools to quickly give yourself the abdomen you fondly remember, without having to resort to pesky exercise. This works best with a picture taken from the side.

Load the image onto your computer, either by transferring it from a digital camera or by scanning in a printed copy.

Open Photoshop. Select "File" from the menu and choose "Open." In the dialogue that appears, locate the file you loaded and open it.

Select "Filter" from the menu and choose "Liquefy." In the dialogue that appears, go to the toolbar on the left and choose the "Forward Warp" tool.

Make the "Brush" 600 in the tool options on the right. Now use the tool to begin to push the belly inward bit by bit. If you make a mistake, click "Revert" and start over.

Select the "Pucker" tool from the toolbar and make the size about 300. Use the tool to remove ant lines or distortions in the area you repaired. Click "OK." Save your work.
