Hi, I'm I'm Jennifer Jackson with Fusion Bodyworks. Today I'm going to be going over a few acupressure points for foot pain with you. So the first one is called Throbbing Yang. It is Stomach 42. What you are going to do is between the second and third toes, come all the way up to the highest point of the dorsal side of the foot and press right in there. That kind of follows suit with the next one which is Stomach 44. You come back down to the second and third and just press right in there. The next one I want to show you is Gallbladder 41, also known as Foot Overlooking Tears. If you go between the fourth and fifth toes and you want to make sure that you're on the lateral side of the extensor due to toiminimi tendon and just press in there, that should help alleviate some foot pain.
