Hello, I am Sue Walker and I am going to show you how to make Red Velvet cupcakes. You will need a cupcake baking pan, a mixer, mixing bowl, measuring cups and measuring spoons. You will also need some cooking spray and some cupcake papers. The ingredient for the cake are 2 and 1/2 cups of flour, 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar, 3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of buttermilk, a 1 ounce bottle of red food coloring, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Fill the cupcake pan with the cupcake papers. Gently spray each paper with the cooking spray. In a mixer bowl, combine the oil, buttermilk, eggs, vinegar, food coloring and vanilla. Beat at low speed until well-mixed. Combine the salt, flour, baking soda, sugar and cocoa in a separate bowl. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix together on medium until smooth. Pour the batter evenly into the cupcake papers. Place in the oven and bake for about 18 to 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool. Frost with red velvet cream cheese frosting. And that is how to make Red Velvet cupcakes.
