"Hello my name is Dr. Simion Tsinger. I am with Plantation Maternity Center in Plantation, Florida. Let's talk about the first signs of being pregnant. Usually the first sign is missing of a menstrual period or the period could come much lighter than a woman expects it to be. The other sign of early pregnancy could be a feeling of tiredness, fatigue, low energy, drowsiness. In addition a woman could experience soreness of the breasts and nipples and sometimes she may also start feeling nausea and vomiting. All these signs are called presumptive signs of pregnancy. A woman may be pregnant, may be not pregnant, therefore the pregnancy test in those situations where a woman suspects pregnancy is mandatory."
