Hi, this is Yolanda Vanveen and in this segment we're going to talk about how to grow thick grass. Now we all want a beautiful lawn with no weeds and beautiful lush thick grass. And there's some tricks that you can use to get that grass. But basically, the easiest way to get thick grass is just to seed and over-seed every Spring and Fall. So every Spring when the nights are starting to warm up a bit, add grass seed to your lawn and that way it will fill in very lush for that Summer. So the easiest way to grow grass fast is to start it in April or May when the nights are starting to warm up or start it in September, October when the nights are still warm enough and not freezing yet and that way you put some grass seed down over what you already have or put some compost down and potting soil over the spots that don't look good and the grass will grow lush and beautiful right away. Make sure and give it lots and lots of water and don't start it in the heat of the summer or the cold of the winter. Only start it in the Spring and the Fall. In the Fall, when the nights are still warm, put lots more grass seed on your lawn and it will grow lush for the winter. Do that...
