"Hey, it's Shaun and I'm here at the Wilmington Box and Fitness Center. And I'm here today to talk to you about elliptical machine reviews. Here is one of the ellipticals that we have here in the gym. Now what you want to do, you want to step on it, like so. But also, with the elliptical, it's good cardio; it's a good way for burning fat; it's less impact on your knees than running; but also with this machine you can work you arm and your back at the same time. So you want to start out; moving forward with; you want to set your programming to whatever speed, your weight that you want to use, in even using your arms. And by doing the arm handles, that's working, that's like doing a row for your back. So you're working your lats, your rhomboids and your traps at the same time; but also getting in your cardio with your legs. So those are some things to take, to take note of in using the elliptical. And that's the elliptical reviews."
