With Sarah's leg now resting on my leg I'm actually using my thumb and working the lower part of her calf, the side calf here from the ankle to the knee. make sure you support your partner with your hand. Start from the ankle and start over here at this ankle tsubo here, this pressure point. Move into the fingers if you want. Make those round circles on, along the side. And then bypass the knee and go on the inner thigh right here. Just some slight pressure, stretching, stretching the muscle creating circulation. We've already worked this area when Sarah was on her stomach earlier in the full Shiatsu massage but we return to it now as it's from a different angle. it's a different meridian. We'll work on the knees when we return.
