Sriracha devilled eggs

Try a new extra devilish twist on this hors d'oeuvres favourite. Grab your hardboiled eggs and slice each egg lengthwise. Remove the yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sriracha sauce together, mix well. Add a heaping spoonful of the yolk mixture into each egg white half and garnish with a dot of Sriracha before serving.

Sriracha Bloody Mary

Boozing brunchers rejoice! Mornings just got a lot better with this spiced up Bloody Mary recipe. Fill a large glass with ice and add a double shot of vodka, carton of tomato juice, squeeze of lemon, dash of Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of horseradish, a pinch of celery salt, and a teaspoon of Sriracha sauce.

Sriracha caramel popcorn

Sweet caramel, salty crunch and spicy mouth burn, there's something about this addictive snack that hits all the taste buds in the right places. While the popcorn is popping, melt butter in a saucepan and stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Then, add vanilla, baking soda and Sriracha. In a bowl combine the brown sugar mixture with the popcorn. Spread onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

Glazed honey Sriracha chicken wings

Tangy, sweet, and spicy, these finger-licking glazed chicken wings will complete your next football day food spread. In a small saucepan mix together honey, soy sauce, lime juice ,melted butter and sriracha sauce. Remove from heat and set aside. Coat the sauce all over pre-baked chicken wings, covering the wings completely. Place under the broiler for 5 minutes so the tops become brown and caramelised. Serve with lime.

This may sound a bit mad but bare with us. Ice cream = Delicious; Cookies = Scrumptious; Sriracha = Delectable; so put it all together and you are in for a unique treat. Grab your favourite peanut butter cookie recipe, squeeze in a few tablespoons of sriracha sauce and bake. Then, chop Thai basil and fold it into vanilla bean ice cream. Once the cookies have cooled, assemble the ice cream sandwiches.

Sriracha Roasted Broccoli

A vegetarian-friendly side dish or healthy main course, transform boring broccoli into a mouth party of dancing flavours. In a small bowl add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey and Sriracha sauce. Coat the sauce over the broccoli and spread onto a foil lined baking sheet. Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Serve with white or brown rice.

Combine 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon of soy sauce. Store in the refrigerator.

Boring old eggs for breakfast are a thing of the past. Load your morning plate with cheesy vegetarian Sriracha omelette. Sauteé mushroom, onion, asparagus, spinach, tomatoes, green pepper and any other of your favourite vegetables. Scramble 4 large eggs with 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce. Pour the eggs over the vegetables, sprinkle cheese, and once the egg has set, flip over to create a half moon shape.

Sriracha fried rice

A wonderful quick, easy dish to whip up on the fly, turn up the heat with this fried rice recipe. Heat a wok on high heat, add oil, garlic, ginger and green onions until aromatic. Add mushrooms, green peppers, carrots and bean sprouts. Add cold rice and mix well before adding peas. Stir fry for a few minutes and add in Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Sriracha ceviche

Combine fresh fish and seafood (shrimp, tilapia or yellowtail) in a large bowl. Add lime juice and let sit in the refrigerator, stirring every 30 minutes. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, until the seafood becomes opaque colour and firm. Add sliced red onion, cilantro, and jalapeños, stir and cover to let chill for 1 more hour. Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with avocado and cilantro.
