The A1 Motorway is the longest motorway in Great Britain and runs from the city centre of London to the city centre of Edinburgh, Scotland. There are several hotels located in North Yorkshire along the motorway that provide short overnight accommodations for guests passing through the area as well as longer-stay accommodations for individuals and families exploring the area on vacation.

The Black Bull Inn in Boroughbridge is located less than a five-minute drive from junction 48 of the A1 Motorway. The establishment was originally built in 1258 and offers six en suite guest bedrooms and serves a variety of à la carte menu items and daily specials in the on-site restaurant. West End Guest House

The West End Guest House is located within a 10-minute drive of the A1 Motorway. The inn offers four-star nonsmoking bed-and-breakfast guest accommodations with en suite bathrooms, satellite television and coffeemaker.
