"Luftwaffe" is a turn-based strategy board game from the Avalon Hill Company. This is a somewhat complicated game for serious strategy gamers interested in the European theatre during WWII. Players can choose to compete as the U.S. or German commander. Using a scenario booklet, dice and numerous player counters, the players compete to end the war in their favour.
The U.S. commander tries to eliminate German industrial complexes using air raids, thereby cutting the German commander's capability to continue the fight. The German commander has an entire arsenal of German aircraft at his fingertips to fend off attacks from the Allied forces.
