Military camps can be found all across the United States and are specifically designed for teenage boys and girls. These camps teach honour, discipline, commitment and military conduct. Rigorous and intense physical training is also part of daily life, including cardio, martial arts, chin-ups, crunches and push-ups. The goal is to teach students the importance of healthy eating and staying fit. Most camps require that teens choose to attend, however some are designed to instil discipline and respect in troubled teens.
