Hold the tension for five seconds and repeat the exercise on the other side. Perform five to 10 repetitions of each neck exercise, three times per day.

There are many over-the-counter neck creams you can use that promise to firm and tone your neck area. Read reviews online for the various creams available before deciding on a particular brand. The cream uses phospholipids and tocotrienols to promote neck tightening. Neck creams vary in price and effectiveness, but before resorting to surgery, they may be worth a try.
