"Pokemon FireRed" is a 2004 Game Boy Advance remake of the original "Pokemon Red," the first in the Pokemon series. In this series, the player captures and trains monsters to battle against one another. The updated game contains new graphics and art, as well as the ability to connect wirelessly with other players to compete or trade. "Pokemon FireRed," as well as any other Game Boy Advance game, can be downloaded as a ROM, a cartridge image format, and played in an emulator such as Visual Boy Advance. VBA has the ability to import GameShark and Action Replay cheat codes to help the player along.
