Like many programs, Excel has a vertical scroll bar on the right side of the program window that allows you to scroll down and view cells currently not displayed on the page. If you find the scroll bar too small or too large, you can change the size of the bar by editing the scroll bar setting in Windows using the Window Color and Appearance options.
