Hiren's Boot CD is a utility that can be used to restore, tweak and clean a computer's hard drive. It is extremely useful if the hard drive is corrupted, has a virus or needs to be reformatted. The CD is loaded with many helpful software applications that can perform various maintenance tasks. One such application is Partition Wizard Professional. This application can be used to split, merge and reformat the partitions on a hard disk.

    Turn on the computer with Hiren's Boot CD loaded in the CD tray.
