Google AdSense is a service that websites or video publishers can use to generate revenue by posting ads on their site, content or videos. If your AdSense account is inactive for a long period of time or you receive a notification that your account has received several invalid clicks and impressions, your account may be closed or disabled. You may be able to have your AdSense account reopened by submitting an appeal request to Google.

Visit the Google AdSense support Web page, scroll down to the "My Account" category and click "Cancellation." Click "Disabled Account FAQ" and then click the "Can my account be reinstated after being disabled for invalid click activity?" link. The "online form" hyperlink in that answer will take you to the "Invalid Activity Appeal" form.
Fill out the contact information section of the form. Include your name, e-mail address, AdSense login and publisher number. You can find your AdSense publisher number in the HTML code of an ad on your website labelled as "Google_ad_client="pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"; if you still can access your AdSense account, you can find the number in the corner of your account home page, above the "Help" field.
Answer the remaining questions truthfully related to your website and the type of content displayed.
Select whether you have purchased traffic for your site or have given users incentives to click on ads.
Explain whether your site has violated any AdSense policies, terms and conditions. If you believe that you have not violated any policies, explain why.
Confirm whether your blogs recorded any data of suspicious IP address, requests or referrers. If so, include information about that data in the appropriate field.
Verify that the information that you included on the appeal form is accurate and complete. Click "Submit" to transmit your request to Google. The support team will e-mail you with a decision on your account once it has been reviewed. If your appeal is approved, your account will be reopened.
