IMVU is a social entertainment website that allows users' 3-D avatars to interact, create and play games with other members. There is no fee associated with setting up an account, and you can delete the account whenever you see fit. If you have previously deleted your IMVU account but want to undo the delete, you may be able to have the account reactivated by submitting a support ticket to the IMVU support department.
Visit the IMVU website and click the link "Help" in the menu located in the Footer section of the page.
Click the link in the banner that gives you the option to submit a support ticket even if you do have access to your account.
Enter your name and e-mail address into the appropriate fields. Create a password and click "Access Support."
Click the "Request Support" tab on the Support home page. Under the Cases section, click the link to submit a support case.
Select "General Support" from the category menu and click the box "Send me e-mail notifications about this case" so that you can stay updated on the progress of your request.
Enter your request for your previous IMVU account to be reactivated into the message box. Provide as much information about your previous account to better serve the support technician. Be sure to include your previous avatar name and the email address you used to sign up.
Click "Save" and wait for someone to respond to your request.
Certain deleted IMVU accounts cannot be reactivated; however, the support department will make every effort to activate your account, if possible.
