How to Enable Caller ID on Alcatel IP Touch Phones

Updated April 17, 2017

Alcatel-Lucent manufactures a series of IP OpenTouch phones for use in various business office environments. Each model of phone in the IP OpenTouch series has its own set of features and functions that set it apart from the other models in the series; however, all Alcatel-Lucent IP phones share the same process for enabling the Caller ID feature.

Press the "Program" button on the IP Touch phone. The Settings menu will appear on the display screen.

Use the "Up/Down" arrow buttons to scroll through the main menu to the "Caller ID" option; then press the "Enter" button to open the option.

Press the blank soft key below the "ON" option on the display screen.
