"Dead Frontier" is a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game (MMORPG) that pits players against a town full of zombies. Dead Frontier requires players to register and build a character before entering the game. You may wish to deactivate your account for many reasons. There is much confusion as to how this is done, though there are some steps you can take to ensure account cancellation. Remember, once your account is no longer active you will lose all money and credits placed into your character account. All money is non-refundable, as per the Dead Frontier Terms of Service.

Sign in to your account using your username and password. You will then be brought to the main page of your account.
Click on "Help" to pull up Dead Frontier's help pages. At the top of the list you will find a link titled "To send a support request Click Here." Click the link to open the support pages.
Type in the name and e-mail address associated with your Dead Frontier account. Choose "Other" in the "Subject" drop menu.
Type a brief request to disable your account. Provide the reason you want to cancel and any other identifying account information. Click "Send Message" to send your request to Dead Frontier's help desk.
Tips and warnings
- It may be necessary to simply let your account expire. Dead Frontier will automatically delete your account when it is not used for one to two weeks.
