How to Make a Complaint About an Apple Retail Store

Apple manufactures everything from iPods to computers, and is backed up by their retail stores located across the country. As with any retail store, you might encounter an employee or manager who treats you poorly, or have an otherwise unpleasant experience in an Apple retail store. As a result, you might feel need to complain in order to inform the company that you were dissatisfied with your experience. Visiting the Apple web site will set the wheels in motion for your voice to be heard.

Go to the Apple Retail Store website (see Reference 2).

Type your zip code, city and state in the top right corner of the site.

Click the "Locate" button to find the Apple retail store you want to complain about.

Call the phone number for the store.

Ask for the store manager, than explain to him/her what your complaint is.

Hopefully, he/she can solve the problem to your satisfaction. If not, proceed to the next step.

Follow the menu prompts to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Explain your complaint to the customer service representative.
