The Apple iPad includes a calendar app that allows you to view upcoming events or create new ones. In addition, the data from your iPad calendar can be synced with programs on your desktop computer through iTunes. For example, you can configure iTunes to synchronise your iPad calendars with the calendars you have set up in Microsoft Outlook. After that, data on your device and computer are kept up to date each time you sync your iPad.
Connect your iPad to your PC using an iPad USB cable.
Launch the iTunes application.
Click on the name of your iPad from the "Devices" list on the left side of the window.
Go to the "Info" tab at the top of the iPad configuration section.
Place a checkmark in the box next to "Sync Calendars."
Open the drop-down menu next to "Sync Calendars" and choose "Microsoft Outlook" as the data source.
Hit the "Apply" button in the lower-right corner of the window to save the settings and begin syncing your iPad calendars with Microsoft Outlook.
