Virgin Mobile is a wireless service provider that offers its customers month-to-month service plans. So unlike other carriers that make you sign contracts, Virgin Mobile lets you pay as you go. Virgin Mobile also offers its customers the same features you would get on any other major network, including text messaging. If, however, you've been receiving persistent text messages from someone who you'd like to stop receiving texts from, there's a simple way to do this.
Log onto VirginMobile.com.
Click "Sign In" and enter your phone number, as well as your password or vKey (your Virgin Mobile PIN).
Click the "Messaging Setting" link to open your text message options.
Add up to ten numbers or e-mail addresses in the blank spaces. Each one of these phone numbers or e-mail addresses will be blocked from messaging you on your Virgin Mobile phone. Click "Update" to save your changes.
Remove the phone numbers or e-mail addresses from this same list and click "Update" to allow the sender(s) to begin messaging you again.
