- Square sheet cake
- Serrated knife
- 5 cupcakes
- Frosting spatula
- Pink frosting
- Pastry bag
- Purple frosting

Cut the cake into a crescent shape using a serrated knife so that it looks like a two-dimensional tiara. Cut away the sides of the bottom of the cake so that it is sloped and takes on the shape of a frown. Slope the top of the cake so that it runs parallel to the bottom, but create five points on the top slope of the cake.
Remove the liners from your five cupcakes. Place one above each point that you created on the crown shape.

Add candies to the cake to create more embellishments. Place the candies around the perimeter of the cake so that they look like jewels.
