Learn how to coil the earphones first to make uncurling them easy. Make the "devil's horns" by extending the index finger and pinky of your non-dominant hand.
Hold the ear buds down under your middle two fingers. Wrap the earphone cord in a figure eight pattern around the extended fingers.
