The iGO Amigo, a handheld global-positioning system, offers a number of different skins to give the operating system a new look. If you find yourself dissatisfied with the skin selection, you can download skins from websites that focus on GPS skins. These downloads are submitted by GPS users and skin designers rather than official sources. Use caution when selecting a skin to download to avoid accidentally download a virus or malware that harms your computer.

Navigate to an iGO Amigo skin website (see Resources).
Click on the "Skins" or "Downloads" page and scroll through the options until you find a skin you want. Click on the "Download" link to download the skin.
Open up "My Computer" or "Finder" on your computer by double-clicking on its icon.
Double-click on the "Downloads" folder and locate the file you just download. Right-click on the file and scroll to "Copy."
Click on the "Back" button and scroll through the Applications until you locate the "iGO" application. Click on it and double-click on the "Content" folder then double-click on the "Skin" folder.
Right-click inside the folder and scroll to "Paste."
Attach the iGO GPS to your computer using its USB cable and click on the "Update" button at the prompt.
