Aion is an online multiplayer role playing game, in which players get to compete with others from all around the world. The game takes place in a celestial atmosphere, where a cataclysm forced apart the Elyos (representing light) and the Asmodians (representing darkness). Mulit-player online role playing games by definition do not have an end point, but have several games and tasks to complete. Once you reach Level 3, you will be able to customise and upload your own emblem for game use.

Instructions

  1. 1

Open up your photo-editing software. You can use any photo-editing software you wish, as long as it is capable of making transparent backgrounds.

  2. 2

Navigate to "Create New". Make sure the new picture is 265 pixels by 265 pixels, has a resolution of 300 and that the background is transparent. It should also be in RGB colour mode at 8 bit.

  3. 3

Create your emblem, which will appear on the back of your cape for all characters to see. It can be anything you wish, as long as it isn't too pixilated.

  4. 4

Save as "Emblem.tga" within your Aion folder. If a pop-up comes up telling you the game cannot handle multiple layers, click "Merge" and then "Export". Uncheck the RLE compression box before hitting save. You can also open the picture in the Gimp program and save, if you are having difficulty saving the file to a .tga with your photo-editing software.
