The Nordic Track Ab Works is a compact abdominal workout machine with leg resistance. The machine supports the entire back while you complete abdominal exercises. The Ab Works comes with a booklet and a video demonstrating 15 exercises for all levels. The machine is not difficult to assemble with its included instructions. You can prepare it for storage by removing the handles and yoke and then folding down the roller-pad piece so it is out of sight until you are ready to again workout.

Lie on the Ab Works and position your feet on the floor or rollers.
Hold onto the handles and lift your entire upper body, from your shoulders to your back, off of the floor.
Squeeze your abdominal muscles for five seconds and then return back to the beginning position.
Place both feet in the rollers, or one foot on the rollers and one foot on the floor.
Hold both handles and pull your knees into your chest. Bring the roller pads in also as you pull the handles. Hold the position for three seconds and return to the floor.
Place both feet in the rollers and lift your upper torso, twisting toward your knee. Hold for three seconds and return to the beginning position.
Change the resistance on the machine by moving the tube at the end of the unit from high to low. There are three levels you can choose.
Move your head closer to the end of the pad or place your hands lower on the handles to increase resistance.
Increase the range of motion by removing the height block located under the upper support. Unscrew the four locking nuts with the wrench that comes with the machine.
