A cell phone uses a SIM card (subscriber identity module) to store and access data such as phone numbers and personal information about the user and the cellular service. To duplicate a cell phone, make a copy of the SIM card. A blank SIM card will be needed, along with a SIM duplication device that can be purchased from an electronics store. The procedure is straightforward and also requires the use of a PC.
