Crystal Reports version 8.5 is intended for developers in the Professional Edition of the software. The primary function of the software is to aid with time management of large-scale projects for businesses or education frames. If you already have a higher version of Crystal Reports 8.5, such as 9.0, you can still save your documents to be read in the 8.5 version.

Instructions

    Launch Crystal Translator in alignment with Crystal Reports 9.

    Select "Create a new Translation Memory" and choose the appropriate language setting.

    Open the original report in Crystal Reports 8.5.

  4. 4

    Install Crystal Reports version 8.5 and provide your authentication key.

    Click on "File" and select "import translated report."

  6. 6

    Select the Crystal Reports 9 file you want to be translated. Close Crystal Reports 9 once the Translation Memory page completes your task.
