Microsoft Clip Organizer includes media files you can use in Microsoft applications, such as Word and PowerPoint. It gives you quick access to a collection of graphics installed in the clip art organiser. You can customise an Access 2007 form or report by adding graphics. Although the Microsoft Clip Organizer task pane is not visible in Access 2007, you can get to your clip art collection in other ways.

Select "Forms" or "Reports" from the navigation pane in Access 2007. Right-click on the form/report you want to modify and select "Design View" from the pop-up list.
Go to the "Detail" section of the form or report to modify it.
Select the "Design" tab and click "Image" from the "Controls" group. Click the area of your form or report where you want your clip art to appear once it's inserted. The "Insert Picture" dialogue box opens.
Navigate to the clip art organiser, using the following file path:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Media\CAGCAT10
Click the "View" arrow (on the top, right corner of the dialogue box) to expand it and select "Thumbnails," so you can see your clip art.
Double-click the clipart to add it to Access. To resize the clipart, grab one of its corners and pull it inward (to shrink it) or outward (to expand it).
Insert from Microsoft Clip Organizer
Click on the "Start" button in Windows. Select "Programs," "Microsoft Office," "Microsoft Office Tools" and "Microsoft Clip Organizer" to open your clip art collection.
Click the "Collection List" button below the toolbar. Expand the folder containing the clip art you want to use in the left pane. Matching results are displayed in the right pane.
Minimise Microsoft Clip Organizer and go to Access 2007. Follow steps one and two of the previous section to open the form or report in which you want to insert your clip art.
Leave the form/report open, and return to Microsoft Clip Organizer. Move the Microsoft Clip Organizer window until you can see your Access page below it.
Select the clip art you want to use. Drag it from the clip art window into the "Detail" section of your form or report.

Find the clip art you want to use from a document, website or other location. Right-click on it and select "Copy" from the pop-up list.
Follow steps one and two of the first section, "Insert from Microsoft Clip Organizer," to open and modify the form or report.
Right-click and select "Paste" from the pop-up menu or press "Ctrl" and "V" simultaneously. The clip art is added to your page.
Drag it where you'd like it to appear on your Access 2007 form or report.
