When you pick up a piece of clothing you may notice at times there is a U.S., U.K. and Europe size listed. This is the same for boxes of shoes, because most places use their own size chart for shoes and clothing. If you know your size in the U.K., it is easy to convert it to a European size.

    Measure your foot to find the correct size of the shoe you need.

    Locate the shoe size on the side of the box or inside the tongue of the shoe.

    Add 32.5 to the U.K. size if you are looking at women's shoes to get the European size.

    Add 34 to the size if you are looking at men's shoes to figure out the European size.
