Roll the window down and open the door all the way. Remove the Philips screws from the armrest and from behind the door handle. Pull off the plastic cover from around the door handle.
Pry the control panel that houses the power window controls and door locks by using the flat screwdriver. Pull it out and then unplug the wiring harness under it to completely disconnect it. Use your fingers to pry off the plastic triangle-shaped panel near the side-view mirror.
Place the door panel removal tool between the door panel and the door. Pry up with it to pop out the plastic clips that connect the panel to the door. There are six total clips along the sides and bottom of the door. Lift the panel up to unhook it from the top of the door.
