Outlook's calendar feature allows you to plot your schedule, appointments and event reminders or several calendar layouts. Outlook also features an array of other convenient calendar features, most notably the ability to compare two calendars side-by-side or overlay one calendar on top of another. But if you find yourself having to compare or overlay multiple calendar too often, you may find it easier to sync up the content of your calendars into one.

Launch Outlook. Click on the "Calendar" heading on the left side of the program to view your calendars.
Change the Outlook's layout to "Category" view. Click on the "View" heading. Navigate down to the "Arrange by" heading in the drop-down menu that pops up, and then select the "Categories" option in the sub-menu that appears.
Click on the secondary calendar, under the "My Calendars" heading.
Select all of the event and appointment icons under the "Categories" heading in the program's main window. Hold down the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard while clicking each icon.
Drag and drop the highlighted icons over on your primary calendar, under the "My Calendars" heading, to combine the content of both calendars.
