TFTP is a type of Internet server called a "trivial file transfer protocol." It is similar in concept to a standard website, only TFTP servers (like regular FTP servers) are typically only used to store files that users can download. If you want to open a TFTP server on your computer, you'll need to use your web browser. This will allow you to both open the server on screen and then download any files that you wish.
