Click on "Contacts" at the top of the main menu in Skype. Choose "Create New Group" in the drop-down menu. You are now moderator and owner of this group. Name the group by clicking on "Conversation" and choosing "Rename" in the drop-down menu.
Click "Conversation" again and choose "Add People." Choose contacts from your list in the window that pops up or click on the "+" sign on top to add contacts from your list. Choose a contact by clicking on the name, and click on "Select" at the bottom. Choose "Select" at the bottom of the pop-up window when you have chosen all of the people you would like in your chat group.
Set rules or certain themes for the group for people to follow, such as no illegal content or profanity. Edit other people's posts by right-clicking on the other person's post. A window menu will pop up with some options. Choose "Edit Message" or "Remove Message" to alter the message or delete a message from another person.
