How to Change Colors on a Samsung Television

Updated February 21, 2017

Your Samsung television set comes complete with an on-screen menu system that allows you to change virtually any aspect of the way the set displays images and projects sounds. Using this menu system, you can change the overall balance of colors on your Samsung TV, allowing you to perfectly tweak the picture to fit your needs. To do this, you need only the remote control that came with your TV.

Turn on your Samsung TV.

Press the television remote control's "Menu" button. This will bring up the Samsung "Settings" menu on the TV screen. You will still be able to hear the sound coming from the station your TV is tuned to.

Highlight the "Setup" icon and press the "Enter" button on the remote to access the "Setup" menu.

Navigate to the "Picture Settings" menu listing.

Highlight "Color" and press "Enter." This will bring up the color adjustment menu. Use the left and right arrow buttons on your remote control to slide the color indicator bar to the left or right of the screen. This will change the colors on your TV screen. Press "Menu" again, when you're done, to exit the menu and return to your TV station.
