Ricoh offers a wide range of office products, such as printers and copiers. Its extensive line of copiers includes both black-and-white and colour multifunction copiers. Multifunction copiers allow users to copy, print, scan and fax. Some Ricoh copiers have the ability to group together and staple documents. Inevitably, the staples will run out, at which point you will need to remove the cartridge and the stapler refill unit to get it up and running again for your documents.
