Windows CE is a minimal operating system designed by Microsoft for personal digital assistant (PDA), mobile phone and netbook devices. By default, Windows CE does not contain flash support required to play YouTube videos and other online multimedia. If you want to watch YouTube videos in your Windows CE operating system, install a certain edition of Core Pocket Media Player—the only media player of its kind that fully allows YouTube to play natively.
