Acne is known for appearing on the face, but it is not the only place where pimples can arise. Acne is also common on the back, neck, arms and even legs. 1. 1

Clean the affected area with warm water. Pour some lemon juice onto a wash cloth and apply the lemon juice to the acne on your legs. Do this at night, before going to bed so that the lemon juice remains on all night. The lemon juice works as an antibacterial cleanser. Rinse off in the morning.

  2. 2

Mash a fresh tomato into a pulp. Apply the tomato pulp to the affected area and let it sit for roughly an hour. Clean the paste up with a warm water and a wash cloth.

  3. 3

Skin a potato, cut it up into small pieces. Rub the potato over the problem area. The acidic properties of the potato work as an antibacterial cleaner.

  4. 4

Use a traditional anti-acne lotion or cream. Make sure to use an anti-acne body lotion, versus one for the face. Apply the lotion or cream to the problem area, as directed.
