How to Convert Power Producer PPP Files to Mpeg

Updated February 21, 2017

Power Producer, which is video editing software produced by CyberLink, allows you to perform many of the same tasks found in other video editors, including importing, cutting and exporting finished video formats. The program saves projects in its .ppp file format. Once you have finished your project, you may export the video in a variety of different video formats, including MPEG.

Launch Power Producer either by double-clicking the desktop icon or by selecting its tab under "Start"-->"All Programs."

Click the "Video Editor" option when the program loads, then select "File"-->"Open," then choose the .ppp file you want to export as a finished product.

Select the "Export" option, and a window appears with a list of different video output formats. Choose "MPEG" from the list of video output files.

Title the video and decide on a location to save your video file to. Click "Export" and the .ppp file exports from Power Producer to an MPEG video format.
