How to Remove a Background in Paint
Remove the background in Microsoft Paint. (computer image by Hao Wang from Fotolia.com)

Microsoft Paint is a simple design program that can be used to create or edit pictures using selecting, colours, drawing and erasing tools. Since Paint has fewer options that other graphics software, users must carefully use the editing tools. An example is if a user wants to remove the entire background of a picture, then the background has to be cut out using one of the cut shape tools. A user can then insert a new background or change the colour of the background.
