Lime juice is a great ingredient to add to drinks and meals. The only problem with using fresh lime juice is that it can be hard to get a good amount of juice from a full lime. While the easiest way to get out all of the lime juice is to use a juicer, there's also an easy, home remedy for getting the most juice out of your limes. If you have a fork and a knife, you're well on your way.

Things you need
- Sharp knife
- Cutting board
Press down on the lime and roll it around on a cutting board. It's important to soften up the lime before cutting it so that it will be easier to remove all the juice.
Cut the lime in half. Don't cut the lime in half through the stem.
Squeeze each half of the lime and release as much lime juice you can.
Jab a fork into the inside of the lime multiple times. Keep your fingers away when you're jabbing the lime to limit the risk of jabbing your hand.
Squeeze the lime one final time. Jabbing the lime with the fork will release the remaining juice inside the lime.
